At the community of Agios Epifanios Oreinis a Development Boundary has long been established instead of Urban Development Zones since the latter have proven to be problematic in terms of hindering the community’s growth.

As of February 1st 2013, within the line of Reviewing Policy Declaration, the Ministry of Interior has set Urban Development Zones within the municipal boundaries of the community, as these are designated on the following map.
